Closing the Loop in the Content Lifecycle [audio]

Rahel Bailie‘s insightful post today at Johnny Holland Magazine’s Content Strategy Week discusses how the process of publishing content has dramatically changed in the shift from print to digital. She writes about the content lifecycle, and in particular, how to “close the loop” so it works in the continuous publishing process of the multichannel, interactive world. Her ideas got me thinking about how enlarging our thinking about how we produce content can close the loop in ways that tie our content back to our essential mission. I saw this happen when an organization I was working with asked, ‘how do we produce a literature review in the digital age?’
